GUys!!! concerning the language camp tht we gotta do, imma give total explanation and also tasks distributions.....
we gotta organize a freakin language camp (no thanks to u guys for NOT TELLING ME BOUT D FREAKING ASSIGNMENT!!!)
im thinking in naming ours:

Part A (introduction)
1. the purpose of the daym camp
in thinking its basically to educate the children concerning English... especially the malays... ESPECIALLY the kampung ones (wt i mean is to educate them laa... i lived in a kampung and hell, i know majority of the kids totally suck at english)
2.organizing committee
we surely gotta think this one out!!!! besides us, who else is gonna be in??? im thinking maybe ALMOST of the pre-TESL clan... we snap photos of them wearing some sort of "signature" (mebe the english is my food t-shirt) to prove the lecturer that they're the AJK's / organizing committee....
Part B (te camp itself)
1.The Rationale??
its basically the logic of the camp itself....
2.The Particulars
this is the hard hitting part... we gotta describe the camp ENTIRELY... the venue and stuff...
3.The Contents
the activities.... time by time... be damn SPECIFIC will ya...??? this aint a draft... imagine as if this is the very real thing...
4.Financial Implication
MAMPOS!!! i have no clue whatsoever on this crap... we seriously gotta discuss on this

we have to really cooperate on this guys... we gotta write a letter to the person we're inviting... then, urmmmmmmmmmm,

Aiden,I think better we make an english camp that is performed at a school.I also think that better we be specific regarding the camp whether we want to make an english camp that covers all aspects( grammar, comprehension, literacy,etc ) or just covers a single topic such as grammar. If we concentrate only at one topic then it is easy what? Regarding the organizing commitees, we can create fictional characters base on the school that we had chosen ( the school is also fictional ).The commitees also including our group members as we are the guest facilitator for the camp. Regarding the activity for the camp I suggest you to try contact amri and ash him.
For the financial implication, we need to state in detail regarding the cost of performing the camp. Everything such as food,utensils , worksheets and other stuff that contribute towards the overall cost of the camp must be stated in detail. In addition, the average cost to perform the camp also must be stated. Actually our project is quite similiar to teacher's paperwork when organizing a program for students where this paperwork will be submit to the principal for approval and permission.

I think let us make an english camp that is mainly focused on grammar. The camp is targeted on students of primary school.( we create name of the school. We make 2 days of english camp (saturday & sunday)and we will become the guest facilitators that will provide the students with various activities. Things need to be included:
1. Permission letter to held a camp(for principal)
2. Permission letter to held a camp(for students's parents)
3. List of costs involved(food, worksheets, anything that is possible )
4. Timetable( schedule for the activities)
5. Err... wHAT OTHER ELSE? i cant think aa...
